ON CAMPUS - LHU TESTING CENTER SERVICES - Testing Center Administrator/Proctor  

Seeking 4 students to begin training in April.  Must be available this summer and the fall semester.   May NOT be candidates for PAPA, PECT, or PRAXIS examinations in the next 4 years, so no education majors.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The LHU Testing Center Administrator/Proctor will be working as a Part-time Test Administrator / Proctor for our LHU Testing Center Services located in Raub Hall 103 & 106.  

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Our ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility and teamwork.  This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such.  Ability to work test center hours as published and are subject to change with notice

Responsibilities: The Test Administrator/Proctor position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. A test administrator and proctor… Understands and complies with all testing procedures and maintains certifications required by PearsonVUE and ETS. Checks in examinees, verifies identification, and explains the exam process. Monitors examinees while testing. Maintains a secure testing environment. Communicates with internal departments to investigate and fix technical issues. Strictly adheres to company policies using careful judgment. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required. S trong communication skills are a must. Must be flexible in work hours and days. Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment. Beginner to Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). High school diploma or equivalent

OFF CAMPUS - Located in McElhattan, First Quality Hygienic, Inc. has employment opportunities that may be ideal for students at LHU during the semester.  These are temporary, part-time positions.

Part Time Tear Down ~ responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packing cartons of product into the designated case for shipment. Rate of pay is $8.59 per hour.  The part time work will run through May on the following shifts/times. Please select what shift(s) you are available for:  
2nd shift (6pm to 11pm Monday through Friday)
3rd shift (11pm to 4am Sunday night through Friday morning)
